The .400 Summit Suite is one of the most exclusive meeting spaces in all of Toronto, offering wide screen televisions, wireless Internet access and state-of-the-art audio-visual presentation capabilities. It can accommodate up to 300 guests during Blue Jays or Argos games. The space is also fully convertible into numerous setups for private functions, including full boardroom set up, media set up or dinner set up. During any Blue Jays home game, guests can obtain a future game ticket, upgrade their day-of-game seat or make further ticket inquiries by going to the Advance Inside Ticket Window on the 100 Level behind Section 127 (Gate 9A). The Advance Ticket Window is available when the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends.

An original since 1989 is located with an amazing view from the outfield. Sightlines is an open-air buffet restaurant that offers a premium sports experience with striking field views. Sightlines Restaurant is open on event days for pre-event and event dining. Sightlines is also available for non-event day private catered functions. The Luxury Suites Concierge Desks located at Gates 3 and 13 will be able to assist Luxury Suite guests with information about the stadium, public transportation, downtown area information, ticketing assistance, any in-house aide, prior arranged ticket pick-up or Luxury Suite ticket problems. All Luxury Suite issues and inquiries are to be directed to the Luxury Suite Concierge at 416-341-3100. Concierge service is available only on event/game days from opening of gates to 30 minutes post.

Ever wondered how far a ball has to travel to reach or even clear any part of the outfield fence at Rogers Centre? Here are the distances!
First Aid rooms are located on each level near Sections 134, 238 and 539. Guests requiring first aid assistance are urged to contact any member of the Rogers Centre staff or report to one of our Guest Services or First Aid locations. A certified physician and registered nurses are available during all Blue Jays games. Parkview EMS will also provide paramedics throughout the facility. Please note the opening and staffing of First Aid locations can sometimes depend on ticket sales on different levels of the stadium.
Guests who are celebrating their first visit to Rogers Centre for a Toronto Blue Jays game are invited to request that an Ambassador stop by their seats with a First Game Button or Certificate as a keepsake to commemorate their special day! Both the buttons and certificates can also be acquired at any one of our Guest Services locations.
Guests who are lucky enough to catch or retrieve any foul ball that finds its way into the seating sections of the Rogers Centre can visit any Guest Services location and obtain a Foul Ball Certificate that will be autographed by ACE; this program looks to target our younger guests and provide them with a keepsake from the game to enhance their experience.
All guests are asked to stay alert throughout the game for foul balls or bats that might leave the playing area. Guests are permitted to keep all foul and home run balls that are hit into the seats, but are asked to be cautious and courteous to others when collecting a ball. Bats entering the stands must be returned if requested by the Blue Jays or Visiting Team. Guests are prohibited from throwing balls back onto the field. Violators are subject to ejection or possible arrest. Any guest that interferes with a ball in play or the game in any way is subject to ejection from the ballpark and or criminal prosecution.
To provide guests with ample time to enjoy the atmosphere, locate their seats and satisfy any cravings at the Jays Shop or concessions stands, gates will open 90 minutes before the first pitch on any weekday home game. On Saturday and Sunday home games, the gates to Rogers Centre open 2 hours prior to game-time. Gate times are subject to change.
The Toronto Blue Jays, in partnership with Budweiser, are pleased to offer fans 19 or older the opportunity to become designated drivers. A designated driver who fills out a pledge form at any of the Budweiser Kiosks located on the concourse, pledging to provide responsible transportation will receive a complimentary soft drink and become eligible for a grand prize draw.

Unfortunately, there are no lockers available for guests at Rogers Centre. Guests entering the stadium with bats, roller blades, skateboards, etc., will need to check these items at a Guest Services location. Each item will be tagged and a claim check ticket will be provided to the guest. The Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre are not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damage to items while checked.
Guests losing an item during a Blue Jays game or event should visit any Guest Services location to check if the item has been returned. Guests can also contact our Lost & Found department at 416-341-3060. Lost items are held for approximately three months before they are donated to local charities. Please note that due to the high volume of calls per day, only owners of items that have been found will receive a return phone call.
Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by coming to the Rogers Centre Gate 9 Box Office or contacting the Blue Jays ticket office at 416-341-1234. Tickets can only be reprinted with authorization from the ticket purchaser officially listed on the account. For stolen tickets, it is the responsibility of the guest to report it to their nearest police station - obtain an occurrence number, badge number of the officer who received the report, telephone number of the police station and division number. This information must be provided to the ticket office. Once a ticket has been reissued, the original ticket becomes null and void. A Service charge of $10.00 will apply on all reprinted tickets. All reprinted tickets will be available on the day of the game only and must be picked up in person at the Rogers Centre Gate 9 Box Office "Paid Reservation" Window.
Rogers Centre concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other nut products throughout the building. Rogers Centre does not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that those with nut allergies exercise caution if attending events at Rogers Centre.
During every Blue Jays home game and most Rogers Centre events, the building employs a number of police officers to patrol Rogers Centre and assist our staff. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest Rogers Centre employee immediately.
In the event that a game or event is postponed, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date. Exact stipulations may vary and will be communicated.
There are eight ramps located throughout Rogers Centre that allow for access to and from entrance and exit ways, and the 100, 200 and 500-Levels. Access to different levels can be limited based on seat location as printed on guests' tickets.

In 2011, we launched a "Crack & Go" beer can service. Throughout the 100, 200 and 500-Level concourses guests are encouraged to use the beer can recycling units to deposit their empty beer cans. Recycling beer cans in these units means that they do not end up in a landfill. Also in 2011, Turtle Island Recycling purchased plastic bottle recycling units for Rogers Centre. These are large, black plastic recycling containers in the shape of a plastic pop/soda bottle. These are also located throughout the 100, 200 and 500-Level concourses.

The decision for the roof to be opened or closed during Blue Jays games is dependent upon detailed weather information. If the game begins with the roof open, the roof can be closed at any time if climatic conditions warrant. If the game begins with the roof closed, it may still be opened before the end of the sixth inning if the Umpire Crew Chief and Blue Jays officials agree the weather has turned in a way that will ensure fan comfort and enjoyment. The Blue Jays strive to make Rogers Centre an "outdoor" facility by having the roof open as often as possible. However, the comfort of our guests is a high priority and is always taken into consideration.

To ensure the admittance of all guests and the legitimacy of their tickets, the Toronto Blue Jays encourage everyone to purchase tickets through established means and not to patronize ticket re-sellers. The Blue Jays, along with their guests, are challenged during each event with these illegal ticket re-sellers outside the stadium. However, is it up to the Toronto Police Service to monitor and charge these individuals for their conduct.
For each home game, the Toronto Blue Jays use a bar-code scanning system for tickets of guests entering Rogers Centre. Ticket scanning provides the Toronto Blue Jays quick and accurate attendance figures, helps us to track giveaway quantities at the gates, and controls fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid tickets from entering Rogers Centre.
U.S. currency is accepted at the Jays Shop Stadium Edition and all official merchandise locations. All concession stands accept U.S. currency. Currency conversion will only be from a result of a sales transaction.
