You will need to bring your phone to the game. The image on the phone will be able to be scanned at the gate! The ticket on your phone will have all of the information that is on a normal ticket, including opponent, game time, section, row & seat. When your ticket is scanned at the gate, you will also receive a receipt which you can use as your seat identifier inside the stadium.
Mobile Phone Ticket is a convenient method of delivery that expands your options of how you receive your tickets. With Mobile Phone Ticket, your tickets are delivered to your cell phone via a standard text type message allowing you to use your cell phone as your ticket! The Mobile Phone Ticket message contains a unique barcode and the usual ticket information, e.g., game date, time, section, row, seat, etc... you simply save the Mobile Phone Ticket in your messages inbox and retrieve it when you arrive at the game.

You will need to enter through a designated gate at the stadium; this gate location will be specified in your purchase confirmation e-mail and in the text message you receive on your phone with your tickets. To gain entry, you'll need to retrieve the barcode from your messages inbox and present it to be scanned. As each Mobile Phone Ticket barcode is scanned, a paper ticket is automatically printed and presented to you as you enter the stadium. Each ticket holder must retain their own paper ticket throughout the game.
The barcode that you receive in your Mobile Phone Ticket is accompanied by a number. If there are difficulties reading the barcode, the ticket taker can manually enter the barcode number into the scanning device to validate your Mobile Phone Ticket.

Remember, even if your phone is not listed, as long as your phone can receive a text message you can still receive a Mobile Phone Ticket. Just select your wireless carrier, for phone make, choose "Text", and model, choose "Only" as your mobile type.
You simply don't delete it but you may need to store the picture message in your phone using a Save option. At the Stadium you will need to call-up the picture message to have the barcode scanned.
If your phone is switched on and you have not received your Mobile Phone Ticket by the end of the day, please first try switching your phone off and on. When you purchase your Mobile Phone Ticket, you will also be sent an e-mail with a link to a duplicate Mobile Phone Ticket. This ticket may be printed out and presented at the stadium instead of the Ticket@Phone ticket. Send a text message to 84045 with the word Resend as the only text, within a couple of minutes you should receive your tickets again. Note that using this method will resend all tickets you purchased, including any other future game tickets previously purchased.
