MILWAUKEE -- Following a four-day All-Star Break that featured four different Brewers players participating in the 2007 Midsummer Classic, the Brewers turn their attention to the second half of the season, beginning with a 10-game homestand this Friday, July 13. During this stretch, the Brewers will host three teams from the National League West division including the Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks, and a return trip to Miller Park by the San Francisco Giants.
The Brewers return from their longest stretch of the season away from Miller Park this Friday, a span of 15 days away from home. Friday night's game is slated for a 7:05 p.m. start.
Friday's series opener is the seventh Retro Friday of the season and all fans in attendance will receive a collectible 5-inch bobblehead featuring former Brewers catcher Ted Simmons, compliments of American Family Insurance, Sentry Foods, and the Wisconsin Lottery. Fans will also want to arrive to the ballpark early to meet their favorite Brewers as part of U.S. Bank Autograph Fridays.
