MILWAUKEE -- With the start of Spring Training underway and the team in full swing with Cactus League action, the Brewers today announced plans for Brewers On Deck, the team's annual FanFest and season preview. This year's event will take place on Sunday, April 1 at Miller Park after the team returns to Milwaukee from the final Spring Training game in Texas.

Brewers On Deck will be followed by Opening Day on Monday, April 2 as the Brewers face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the second consecutive season-opener at Miller Park.

The event is free for all fans (including parking) and features autograph sessions with each player on the team's Opening Day roster, interactive games and events and much more. Parking lots will open at 10 a.m. and gates to the ballpark open at 11 a.m.

"Brewers On Deck offers fans the opportunity to interact with the players and watch the team prepare for Opening Day," said Brewers Executive Vice President - Business Operations Rick Schlesinger. "It's a chance for our fans to welcome the team back from Spring Training and gear up for an exciting season of Brewers baseball."

Autograph sessions with the players will occur throughout the ballpark starting at 12 p.m. The sessions will be staggered and each player will sign for 45 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. Autograph locations will be arranged in eight areas of the ballpark, including four sites on the playing field and two stages on each of the Field Level and Loge Level Concourses. A program will be distributed to all fans in attendance with times and locations for each player's autograph session. In order to accommodate as many people as possible during the autograph sessions, the Brewers ask that fans refrain from asking for personal photos with players.

Following the autograph session, fans are invited to remain in the ballpark as the team will take batting practice on the field at 2 p.m. This practice session will serve as the team's final preparation prior to Opening Day.

Newsradio 620 WTMJ will broadcast live from Brewers On Deck. The broadcast will include interviews with Brewers players and front office staff.

The day's festivities will also include a Brewers Charities Rummage Sale which will feature Brewers game-worn and game-used equipment such as jerseys, bats, autographed items and a large collection of Brewers paraphernalia. All proceeds from the rummage sale will support the youth recreation and education programs of Brewers Charities. The sale will take place on the Loge Level in the left-field corner of the ballpark.

Concession stands will be open throughout Miller Park and there will be baseball memorabilia on sale and displayed among the vendor booths near the right-field corner on the Loge Level. In addition, the Fan Zone and kiosks throughout the stadium will offer plenty of Brewers merchandise.

Fans will also be able to test their broadcasting skills at the FSN North Sports Desk, and the "Kids Korner" will feature interactive games for the entire family. These locations can be accessed on the Field Level.

In the first two seasons, Brewers On Deck has attracted more than 25,000 fans to Miller Park.
