The announcement extends a play-by-play relationship with one of the most fervently loyal fan bases in pro sports. Red Sox broadcasts have been heard on WEEI since 1995.

    The Boston Red Sox today recalled left-handed pitcher Henry Owens and right-handed pitcher Pat Light from Triple-A Pawtucket. To make room on the 25-man roster, left-handed pitcher Roenis Elias and right-handed pitcher Noe Ramirez were optioned to Pawtucket following yesterday's game versus the Houston Astros.
