If only the bargains at the Winter Meetings were this good.

The popular "Hits for the Holidays" series of 16 big sales continues this week at the MLB.com Shop, where every transaction happens if you really want it to and the baseball fan is the clear winner in every deal.

Many fans have told us that their holiday shopping already is done, and many more of you are either just super busy or are simply nonchalant because you know there always will be what you are looking for at the MLB.com Shop.

Here is a look at this weekend's "Hits for the Holidays," and always remember the MLB.com Gift Card whenever you are in doubt:

Friday through Monday: Escalated savings

Take 10 percent off your purchase of $75 or more, 15 percent off your purchase of $100 or more, and 20 percent off your purchase of $150 or more. Remember that throughout this four-week "Hits for the Holidays" campaign, the Friday sale extends to 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Monday.

This will be another very opportune time to customize that Authentic Astros COOL Base Jersey or that Authentic Cubs Home Jersey just to make sure someone has fresh threads for next season. Think big with this sale, because the more you shop, the more you save.

It's a big week at MLB.com for fans who have one eye on the Winter Meetings in Nashville and another on sales at the MLB.com Shop. Happy bargain hunting.
