Minnesota Twins Season Ticket Holders will be among the first fans to receive the opportunity to secure tickets for the 2014 Major League Baseball (MLB) All-Star Events to be hosted at Target Field and the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Twins organization will make every effort to follow the policies and protocols set forth below. However, the 2014 All-Star Events are hosted by the Twins on behalf of MLB and modifications to these policies are possible based on MLB specifications. The location and number of seats available for purchase depends upon a variety of factors, including:
Tickets for the 2014 All-Star Events are sold in full strips only. A strip consists of an official 2014 All-Star Game Commemorative Program, All-Star Sunday, All-Star Workout Day including the Home Run Derby, the All-Star Game on Tuesday and two (2) All-Star Fan Fest tickets. The Fan Fest will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. There is no exception to this policy.
Q. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE ALL-STAR EVENT TICKET STRIPS?
A. The account holder of record is the only person eligible to purchase strips for the MLB All-Star Events. This is the person named on the account. Only one (1) person may be named on an account.
Q: WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE EVENTS SURROUNDING THE ALL-STAR GAME?
A. The dates for the 2014 All-Star Game and other events surrounding the All-Star Game will be announced at a later date.
Q: MAY I PURCHASE TICKETS TO JUST THE HOME RUN DERBY OR JUST THE ALL-STAR GAME?
A. Tickets for All-Star Events at Target Field and the Minneapolis Convention Center are sold only as All-Star Ticket Event Strips. An All-Star Ticket Event Strip includes one (1) official 2014 All-Star Game Commemorative Program, two (2) tickets to All-Star Fan Fest and one (1) ticket to each of the following: All-Star Sunday, All-Star Workout Day including the Home Run Derby and the 85th All-Star Game. There are no exceptions to this MLB policy.
Q: HOW MANY TICKETS WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE?
A. The number of All-Star Event Ticket Strips you are eligible to purchase depends primarily on your plan type, but includes other factor as outlined below:
Full Season Ticket Holders who purchased prior to July 20, 2013 AND who renew their 2014 Twins season tickets by the 2014 renewal deadline (September 30) will be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase the same number of All-Star Event Ticket Strips as the number of seats on their account. (The maximum number of seats and location you are eligible to purchase will be based on your 2013 holdings which are renewed for 2014.)
Partial Plan Ticket Holders (including all 40-game, 20-game and Flex plans) as well as Full Season plans purchased on or after July 20, 2013 who renew their 2014 Twins ticket plan by the 2014 renewal deadline (September 30) will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive All-Star Game presale. All presale participants will be limited to the purchase of two (2) All-Star Event Ticket Strips per account, regardless of the size of your Twins season ticket holdings. (*Partial Plan holders with one (1) seat will be limited to purchase one (1) All-Star Event Ticket Strip.)

Q: WHERE WILL MY ALL-STAR EVENT TICKETS BE LOCATED?
A: Due to Major League Baseball requirements, seating locations cannot be guaranteed for the All-Star Events. While efforts will be made to provide Full-Season Ticket Holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2014 season ticket account, in some cases it may be necessary to relocate these seats for 2014 MLB All-Star Events. 40-Game, 20-Game or Flex plan Season Ticket Holders will not be guaranteed their same seat locations.
Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO POST MY ALL-STAR EVENT TICKETS FOR SALE THROUGH MY TWINS TICKETS?
A: Yes, you are able to post tickets for all 2014 MLB All-Star Events online through your My Twins Tickets account.
Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE ALL-STAR GAME EVENT STRIPS? WHEN WILL I GET THEM? HOW MUCH WILL A STRIP COST?

Q. WHEN WILL TICKETS BE ALLOCATED OR GO ON-SALE?
A. Dates for allocation and pre-sales are still to be determined but will most likely be held during the 2013 off-season prior to the start of the 2014 season.
Q. WILL ALL-STAR GAME EVENT STRIPS BE MADE AVAILABE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
A. Single-game buyers and the general public may register to win an opportunity to purchase All-Star Event Ticket Strips through a special 2014 All-Star Game ticket opportunity. Dates for this opportunity are yet to be determined. Information will be communicated via twinsbaseball.com
Q. IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN ADD TO MY ACCOUNT IN 2013 AND/OR 2014 IN PREPARATION FOR THE ALL-STAR GAME? FOR EXAMPLE, MAY I RENEW 2 SEATS IN 2013, ADD 4 SEATS IN 2014 AND THEN PURCHASE 6 ALL-STAR GAME EVENT STRIPS?
A. Your All-Star Event priority is determined by your end of season 2013 account holdings that you have also renewed for 2014. Any additions to your season ticket holdings must comply with the Minnesota Twins General Ticket Sale Policy.
Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE ANY PHYSICAL NEEDS THAT NEED TO BE ACCOMODATED?
A. If you currently have and renew an accessible location in 2013 and 2014, we will accommodate your seating needs for the 2014 All-Star Events.
Q. HOW DO I GUARANTEE MY SAME SEATS FOR 2014 MLB ALL-STAR EVENTS?
A. All locations are subject to modification based on MLB specifications. The only way to ensure seats for the 2014 All-Star Events would be to purchase Full-Season tickets in an eligible section.
Q. I HAVE DELTA SKY 360° LEGENDS CLUB SEATS. WILL I BE GUARANTEED MY LEGENDS SEAT LOCATION FOR THE ALL-STAR GAME EVENTS?
A. Every effort will be made to provide Delta Sky 360° Legends Club seat holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2014 season ticket account. In some cases it may be necessary to relocate a limited number of these seats for 2014 MLB All-Star Events. You will be allowed to purchase the same number of seats held in your season ticket plan.
Q. I HAVE THOMSON REUTERS CHAMPIONS CLUB SEATS. WILL I BE GUARANTEED MY CHAMPIONS SEAT LOCATION FOR THE ALL-STAR GAME EVENTS?
A. Every effort will be made to provide Thomson Reuters Champions Club seat holders with the same seat location(s) as those held in their 2014 season ticket account. In some cases it may be necessary to relocate a limited number of these seats for 2014 MLB All-Star Events. You will be allowed to purchase the same number of seats held in your season ticket plan.
Q. WILL NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE ALL-STAR GAME EVENT TICKETS?
A. The opportunity to purchase All Star Game Event Strips for non-Twins Season Ticket Holders will be based on available inventory established by Major League Baseball. Any such opportunity will be communicated at a later date.
