HOW DO I PLACE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDER?

Please contact the DNC Suite Office at Miller Park. There are three (3) options to place a food & beverage order for your Suite:

  1. Call the DNC Suite Office at 414-902-4714
  2. Email the DNC Suite Coordinator at MPSuites@dncinc.com
  3. Order online at www.dncguestreserve.com
    1. Click on Miller Park
    2. Enter your Suite number and password

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM, GUEST RESERVE?

Please contact the DNC Suite Office at Miller Park at 414-902-4714. Every Suite is assigned a password for their online ordering. A unique password will be distributed exclusively to the Suite Administrator each season.

WHY DO I HAVE DIFFERENT FORMS FOR DNC SPORTSERVICE AND THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS?

We are two separate companies that work together to give you the best Suiteholder experience possible:

  • DNC Sportservice is responsible for all food and beverage orders for the Luxury Suites at Miller Park.
  • The Milwaukee Brewers are responsible for your overall Suiteholder experience. The Brewers coordinate additional ticket requests, On-Field Viewing of Batting Practice, scoreboard messages, the Stealing 2nd Base promotion, etc.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ADDITIONAL SUITE TICKETS?

Please look for the 2015 Additional Suite Ticket Order form to be emailed in March.

HOW DO I RECEIVE ADDITIONAL SUITE OR OUT-OF-SUITE TICKET PURCHASES DURING THE SEASON?
Mail:
  • All tickets will be sent via regular mail. All mail order tickets need to be placed a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the requested game.
  • If we need to send tickets inside the five (5) business day window, we can send them via FedEx Express by request, however, the cost will be passed along to the Suiteholder. (We are able to use your company's FedEx account or add the charge to your ticket order.)
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to send any deliveries through UPS.
  • Tickets can always be picked up at Will-Call during Box Office hours:
    • Non-Game Day Box Office Hours: M-F 9:00a-7:00p, Saturday 9:00a-5:00p, Sunday 11:00a-5:00p
    • Game Day Box Office Hours: M-Sat 9:00a-9:00p, Sunday 9:00a-5:00p
    • Offseason Box Office Hours: M-F 9:00a-5:00p
Will-Call Procedures:
  • VIP/Suite Ticket pick up takes place at Window 6 beginning three (3) hours prior to first pitch on game days.
  • If you would like to pick up Suite tickets on a non-game day, or more than three (3) hours prior to first pitch on game day, you may do so at Windows 1 through 6.
Sending a messenger to Will-Call:
Please provide the messenger with the following information:
  • Name of Company
  • Name the will called tickets are under
  • Number of tickets to pick up
  • Date of game the tickets are for
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER WHEN DISTRIBUTING INDIVIDUAL TICKETS?

Please keep a record of the individual tickets numbers given out. (We recommend a spreadsheet for this.) This will allow ease in reprinting tickets, should tickets be lost or misplaced as you will be able to identify the ticket numbers. Without the number, reprinting tickets is extremely difficult.

WHAT DO I DO IF A SUITE-RELATED CONTACT CHANGES MID-SEASON?

Please complete the Contact Information & Credit Card Authorization form and return to Megan Ritchie, Manager of Suite Services at Megan.Ritchie@brewers.com to ensure all of our information is properly updated. To help the new contact in their transition, please provide them with our "Admin Tips" packet below.
