  Frequently Asked Questions

TICKET LOCATION & PRICING
HOW WAS MY SEAT LOCATION DETERMINED?
FULL SEASON ACCOUNTS

For 2014, in most cases, Season Seat Holders (SSHs) with a full season package received the exact same seat location enjoyed during the regular season. There are a few exceptions where MLB requires specific seat locations for opposing team executives, MLB officials, and network broadcasting needs.

PARTIAL SEASON ACCOUNTS (20 OR MORE GAMES)

For the 2014 Postseason, seat locations were assigned based on the SSH start year and seating area held. Due to capacity constraints, we were not able to place all accounts on their same seating level. Less-tenured accounts may have been placed in the Terrace Level.

CAN I REQUEST TO MOVE MY SEAT LOCATION?

SSHs were assigned priority seat locations. Due to extremely limited ticket inventory for all Postseason games, we are unable to accommodate any move requests.

WHAT GAMES AM I BEING INVOICED FOR?

At the time of this mailing, it is possible that the Brewers will play a total of thirteen (13) Postseason home games at Miller Park. The games on your invoice are made up of the following: Two (2) Tiebreaker home games, one (1) Wild Card home game, three (3) National League Division Series home games; four (4) National League Championship Series home games; and three (3) World Series home games.

WHEN WILL OPPONENTS, DATES, AND GAME TIMES BE FINALIZED?

Please note the game dates and times are subject to final standings. Opponents and home-field advantage are dependent upon each team's regular season record. This may not be finalized until the last day of the regular season. The Brewers will post the most current dates and times at brewers.com for Postseason games played at Miller Park.

HOW WERE TICKET PRICES DETERMINED?

Prices for the first three Postseason rounds fall within a price range determined by MLB. For the World Series, MLB assigns ticket prices in all seating areas.

DID I RECEIVE SPECIAL SEASON SEAT HOLDER PRICING?

Consistent with the regular season, SSHs received a significant savings off of the gate ticket price for all Postseason games. Please see your enclosed invoice for your specific savings.

WHY DOES MY INVOICE ADD UP TO MORE THAN THE LISTED POSTSEASON PRICE FOR MY TICKETS?

As in past years, each Postseason ticket has a $5 service fee that will not be reflected on the printed ticket price.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL POSTSEASON TICKETS?
FULL SEASON ACCOUNTS

For 2014, the opportunity for Full Season Accounts to purchase additional Postseason tickets will be dependent on the response received from invoiced SSHs. Please contact your Brewers Account Executive if you would like to be put on a waiting list. If sufficient inventory remains after the September 4 deadline, those on the waiting list will have the first opportunity for additional tickets, subject to availability.

PARTIAL SEASON ACCOUNTS

Due to the large number of Partial Season Accounts and capacity constraints, we are not able to offer the opportunity to purchase additional Postseason tickets to Partial Season Account Holders. However, we encourage Partial Season Account Holders to sign up for the Postseason single-game lottery. Please visit brewers.com in early September for more details.

IF I HAD A JOHNSON CONTROLS STADIUM CLUB MEMBERSHIP DURING THE REGULAR SEASON, DO I HAVE ACCESS FOR THE POSTSEASON?

Only those accounts with a full Johnson Controls Stadium Club membership, which included a membership card, will be able to gain admittance for Postseason games. You will be required to present the membership card to gain entry. Duplicate Stadium Club cards will not be provided. PLEASE NOTE: Due to MLB requirements, the Stadium Club is not guaranteed to be accessible for all Postseason games.

PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION
WHY AM I ONLY REQUIRED TO PAY NOW FOR 1/3 OF THE TOTAL COST?

As a benefit to our SSHs, we are only requiring one-third of your total Postseason payment by September 4, 2014. If the Brewers clinch a Postseason berth, then the credit cards submitted on the Postseason invoices will be processed for the second payment. If the Brewers win the NLDS, at that point, the credit cards submitted on the Postseason invoices will be processed for the third and final payment. If you wish to pay for your entire Postseason strip in full by the September 4 deadline, you may do so by indicating this on your invoice. PLEASE NOTE: If we have not received your invoice payment and credit card for all Postseason games by the September 4 deadline, your Postseason seat location will be released and reassigned to meet consumer demand.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR POSTSEASON GAMES NOT PLAYED?

You will not forfeit any ticket or parking strip payments for Postseason games that are not played at Miller Park. SSHs will have several options related to unused Postseason ticket money. One option will allow SSHs to apply unused Postseason money toward the renewal of 2015 season tickets. You will be receiving additional details in your 2015 Season Ticket Renewal Information, including the option to receive a full refund. This information will be emailed within one month of being eliminated from Postseason play.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND ON THE HANDLING AND FULFILLMENT FEE?

Once tickets are shipped, regardless of Postseason participation, the Shipping and Delivery payment will not be refunded.

CAN I PURCHASE LESS THAN A FULL POSTSEASON STRIP?

One of the exclusive benefits of being a SSH is access to all Postseason games played at Miller Park. While we are not able to offer the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets, we encourage you to purchase the full Postseason strip and post unwanted games for resale through StubHub® (see "Resale & Transfer of Postseason Tickets" below). PLEASE NOTE: Partial Season Accounts have the opportunity to purchase one game from each of the three Postseason rounds (excluding the Wild Card Game) in Terrace Reserved seating if they choose to forfeit their full ticket strip rights. Please see the Plan B Order Form for details.

CAN I CALL MY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AND PAY OVER THE PHONE?

For the Postseason, we are not able to accept credit cards over the telephone. For your convenience, you may enclose and send your payment information in the envelope provided OR pay for your Postseason strips online at brewers.com/mytickets.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TICKETS ARE LOST OR STOLEN?

Tickets should be treated as cash and secured accordingly. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for lost Postseason tickets. If your tickets are stolen, a valid police report will be required in order to receive consideration for replacement.

RESALE & TRANSFER OF POSTSEASON TICKETS
CAN I USE STUBHUB® TO SELL POSTSEASON TICKETS?

Yes. StubHub® is the safest and easiest way to resell your Postseason tickets. Go to your Brewers My Tickets account for the most easiest and convenient way to post your tickets to Stubhub. brewers.com/mytickets

CAN I LEAVE MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL FOR PICKUP?

For security reasons, we are unable to offer Will Call drop-off/pick-up options for third parties for all Postseason games. Please make arrangements to distribute tickets to any and all third parties prior to Postseason games.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE TICKET FORWARD FEATURE TO SEND TICKETS TO ANOTHER PARTY ELECTRONICALLY?

Once a game is confirmed to be played, you will be able to use the Ticket Forward function via My Tickets.

PARKING
WHY DOES/DOESN'T A CHARGE FOR PARKING APPEAR ON MY INVOICE?

Parking only appears on your invoice if you had Preferred Parking during the 2014 Regular Season. If parking is not listed on your invoice and you would like to purchase parking for the 2014 Postseason, please check the box near the bottom of the invoice and add the parking price to your invoiced amount due by September 4, 2014. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose not to purchase parking in advance for Postseason, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to park on the Miller Park grounds for Postseason due to the extra space required for TV broadcast trucks and MLB functions. GOLD PARKING does not exist for Postseason.

TIEBREAKER GAME(S)
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A TIEBREAKER GAME AT MILLER PARK ON MONDAY, 9/29 AND/OR TUESDAY, 9/30?

A ticket for potential tiebreaker games will be included in Postseason ticket strips for all Season Seat Holders. The Tiebreaker ticket is assigned in the same seat location as your 2014 Postseason seats.

FOR OTHER QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR POSTSEASON TICKET OPPORTUNITIES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.
