Knudson etches win as a writer
The stage in Texas was set, Opening Day, April 8, 1991. Mark "Knuttie" Knudson, the fourth option as Opening Day starter, of the Milwaukee Brewers versus future Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan of the Texas Rangers. The 41st president of the United States George H. W. Bush was in attendance.

The Milwaukee Brewers Alumni Association consists of over 600 players who were members of the Milwaukee Brewers or the club's forefathers, the Seattle Pilots, during their Major League career.
Created in 2003, the Association aims to provide an opportunity for the club's alumni to maintain relationships with former teammates, the organization and Brewer fans.
