Brewers.com The Famous Sausage Race Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Iowa, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Milwaukee Brewers (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void outside the states listed and where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIODS: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 and ends at 12:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, September 28, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes Period will be divided into eleven (11) separate and distinct entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"), as follows: Entry Period #1: 12:01 a.m. CT on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 until 12:05 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 10, 2008; Entry Period #2: 12:06 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 10, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 27, 2008; Entry Period #3: 1:06 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 27, 2008 until 12:05 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 15, 2008; Entry Period #4: 12:06 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 15, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 4, 2008; Entry Period #5: 1:06 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2008; Entry Period #6: 1:06 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 13, 2008; Entry Period #7: 1:06 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 13, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Thursday, July 31, 2008; Entry Period #8: 1:06 p.m. CT on Thursday, July 31, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Monday, August 11, 2008; Entry Period #9: 1:06 p.m. CT on Monday, August 11, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, August 24, 2008; Entry Period #10: 1:06 p.m. CT on Sunday, August 24 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Wednesday, September 10, 2008; Entry Period #11: 1:06 p.m. CT on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 until 1:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, September 28, 2008.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per household per day, per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During any Entry Period, go to www.brewers.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. Submit your completed online entry form as directed, including your guess as to which racing sausage (e.g., Bratwurst (#1), Polish Sausage (#2), Italian Sausage (#3), Hot Dog (#4) or Chorizo (#5)) (each, a "Racing Sausage") will win the sausage race scheduled to be held during regular innings of one of the Milwaukee Brewers game played during that Entry Period (each a "Sausage Race") ("Guess"). The outcome of a Sausage Race will be randomly determined. Those submitting an entry that contains a correct Guess, a determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be entered in the drawing for the applicable Entry Period listed below. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to the MLB.com Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from brewers.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.

Mail-in Method: You may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address (optional), and your Guess for the applicable Sausage Race, on a standard size postcard and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the applicable Entry Period (or the Monday following the end of the applicable Entry Period if such Entry Period ends on a Sunday) and received by Sponsor within seven (7) days thereafter to be eligible. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's inclusion of this information. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential winner ("Winner") will be selected by random drawing for each Entry Period (for a total of two (2) Winners) on or about the following dates respectively: April 14, 2008; May 5, 2008; May 19, 2008; June 9, 2008; June 30, 2008; July 21, 2008; August 4, 2008; August 14, 2008; August 25, 2008; September 15, 2008 and Sept 29, 2008, (each, a "Drawing Date"), from among all eligible entries received that contain correct Guesses for the applicable Sausage Race, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing that contain a correct Guess. Nonwinning eligible entries from one drawing will not carry-over into subsequent drawings.

Second Chance Drawing(s): If no entrant submits a correct Guess for any Entry Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award that Entry Period's Prize (as described below), in a random drawing to be held or about the applicable Drawing Date from among all eligible entries received for such Entry Period, regardless of Guess submitted. All entrants who entered the Sweepstakes during the applicable Entry Period will be eligible for the applicable Second Chance Drawing, if any. The odds of winning in any Second Chance Drawing, if any, are dependant upon number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

PRIZES: TWO (2) (one (1) per Entry Period): Each Winner will receive two (2) Loge Level Tickets to a mutually determined 2008 or 2009 regular season home game of the Milwaukee Brewers (the "Prize"). Final determination of the game date will be made by the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. (Estimated Retail Value of each Prize: $110). TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM GAME NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the applicable game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners' companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winners agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or exhibition. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of any Major League Baseball game or Sausage Race.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any Prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM and may (in Sponsor's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries for the drawing at issue. Each potential Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. A disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or a potential Winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By acceptance of a Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled entries, Guesses, mail or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or Guesses, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and/or the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify Winner for the Entry Period at issue by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such Entry Period up to the time of such cancellation.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household in any Entry Period, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household in any Entry Period will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
