In order for your donation request to be considered, you must be able to answer 'yes' to statements below.
- 1. My organization is a registered 501c3 non-profit OR is a fundraising event to benefit an individual or family member affected by a serious medical condition.
- 2. My organization is located in Wisconsin.
- 3. My event is at least six (6) weeks away.
