PLANNING AN EVENT
BEFORE THE BREWERS GAME?

Miller Park provides game day rental facilities to accommodate all of your party needs. From banquet facilities to tailgate spaces, Miller Park has something for everyone.

DNC SportService is the exclusive caterer for Miller Park. For game day catering needs, DNC SportService will help plan and organize the food and beverage menu along with all of your special needs.
 



ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENT
To ensure that we meet your food and beverage requirements, we request that you place your orders along with menu selections at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event if possible. The guarantee of final guest count is required 10 days prior to the event, after this time the guarantee number is NOT subject to reduction, however, we can increase your number up until 72 hours prior to the scheduled event day.
 
There is a minimum guarantee charge of 25 guests. An additional charge will be added for parties below the minimum guarantee.
 
ORDERING OPTIONS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
You have three options for placing an order:

• FAX the attached order sheet to the Catering Office at Miller Park: (414) 902-4732.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact the Catering Office (414) 902-4740, at least three weeks prior to your scheduled event to avoid any charges to your account. A cancellation in less than 21 days prior to your event will result in a non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, full charges will be applied to your account.
 
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Upon signing of the catering contract, a 50% deposit is required. Payment can be made via credit card only. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event and will be applied to the credit card on file, if applicable.
 
BUFFET INFORMATION
All menu packages include unlimited soda and guaranteed two meats per person. All parties end promptly at the start of the Brewers game.
 
All outside tailgate buffets are based on a two-hour time frame, which begins two-hours prior to the start of the game.
 
All inside tailgate parties begin when gates to the park open.
 
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All menu packages also include two (2) beers per person of drinking age. For example, if your guarantee count is 60 people, then your package will include 120 cans of beer. To omit the beer portion of package, subtract $1.00 from Menu Selection.
 
To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin and Miller Park, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from any catering area. It is the responsibility of the Event Coordinator / Party Planner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in catered areas. We reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a person that appears to be intoxicated.
 
EXCLUSIVITY
DNC SportService is the exclusive caterer for Miller Park. It is not permissible for catering guests to bring food and/or beverages into any catered area. If you have specific dietary restrictions or needs, please let us know. We will provide any special requests that are made in a timely manner. Any food or beverage product brought into the catered area without proper authorization, through the Catering Office, will be confiscated and/or charged to the catering event at a normal retail price for such items.
 
All food and beverage is subject to an 18% taxable service charge and 5.85% sales tax. Groups requesting tax exemption must provide tax-exempt status with the return of the signed contract or prior to the event. Gratuities are at the Event Coordinator / Party Planner's discretion.
