Ben Rouse, a 25-year-old leukemia survivor and Milwaukee Brewers “full-season” ticket holder, delivered the game ball Wednesday before the Brewers-Reds contest at Great American Ball Park.
Along with the support of the Milwaukee organization and other MLB teams, Rouse is attending all 162 Brewers games this season to raise awareness for the Be The Match initiative.
Be The Match raises funds to help patients who need a bone marrow or umbilical cord blood transplant find a donor and receive treatment.
