Ballpark Concert A-Z Guide
The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests.
Accessible parking is available in the East section of the Central Riverfront Garage formerly called the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage for $20 and in the East Garage for $10. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on the east side of Joe Nuxhall Way, from Freedom Way to Mehring Way, on the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.
Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in most seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.
Beginning in 2016, the Cincinnati Reds will provide two dedicated captioning boards to provide a readily accessible experience for patrons of Great American Ball Park who are deaf, hard of hearing and late deafened. The dimensions of the dedicated center-field captioning board are 3.1 feet x 22 feet with a font size of one foot per each of its two lines of text. In order to provide captioning to patrons seated in the outfield sections of the Ballpark, the Reds have also added a dedicated captioning board along the first-base line of the ballpark. The dimensions of the first-base captioning board are 3.1 feet x 17 feet with a font size that is also one foot per each of its two lines of text. In addition to in-bowl captioning, for the 2016 season the Reds will caption the game broadcasts in all club areas of the ballpark through closed captioning on televisions dispersed throughout the club areas.

Concession Locations - Guests must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume any alcohol products anywhere within the footprint of Great American Ball Park. Delaware North (Sportservice), the licensed concessionaire and liquor permit holder, will ID everyone 30 years and younger.
Concession Stand sales are limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per customer and sales will end following the end of the 8th inning or 3 hours after the scheduled start of the game.
In-Seat Vending sales are limited to 1 alcoholic beverage per customer and sales will end following the end of the 7th inning or 3 hours after the scheduled start of the game.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into Great American Ball Park, intoxicated individuals will be refused entry into the ballpark, and Ballpark Management and DNC (Sportservice) reserves the right to discontinue alcohol service and/or refuse service to anyone.
All-Star voting for Major League Baseball's annual All-Star Game will take place online during the 2 months prior to the All-Star Game. You can vote for your favorite players at reds.com!
All You Can Eat Stand presented by Meijer
Located on the first-base concourse of the View Level, in section 428, this new stand offers unlimited sodas, popcorn, peanuts,chips, and five (5) hot dogs for just $20 per person. It's a great way to save PLUS skip the concession lines so you can spend more time enjoying a Reds game with family and friends! Bring your special All You Can Eat pass to the redemption kiosk in front of the All You Can Eat Stand near section 428 on the first-base side of the View Level concourse. You will be issued a wristband to show that you are a pass holder and permitted in the All You Can Eat Stand line. The All You Can Eat Stand is open until the end of the 7th inning. Fans may purchase passes at the game, subject to availability.
* All You Can Eat pass can be added to any game ticket. Game ticket not included with $20 pass. Limit of four (2) of each item per visit to the stand. Hot dogs are not unlimited and are limited to five (5) per person for each customer purchasing the All You Can Eat Pass.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)
Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Fan Accommodation Station in Great American Ball Park.

Reds players sign autographs before each game when conditions and regulations permit, therefore autograph opportunities cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to seek autographs from players along the railing between sections 111-113 and 133-135 up to 45 minutes prior to game time, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first. Guests will then be asked to return to their ticketed seating areas. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing Guests seated in the autograph locations.
Guests with minor automobile problems (jumpstart, flat tire, etc.) can seek assistance from Central Parking System at (513) 946-8100. For assistance with major automobile problems, please contact AAA at (513) 762-3222.
Bags, Backpacks and Purses
Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks, SOFT-SIDED Coolers, and purses into Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Bags, backpacks, SOFT-SIDED Coolers, and purses are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Those that bring hard-sided coolers will be asked to return them to their cars.
All carry-in items will be subject to being inspected at all entry points and anytime while inside of GABP. Refusal to cooperate with an inspection request will result in the Guest and their carry-in item being refused entry or asked to leave the ballpark. Items left unattended anywhere on the property will be immediately inspected by security and subject to disposal.
Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Cincinnati Reds request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Great American Ball Park.
Banners and Signs
The Reds welcome banners and signs. To ensure that these articles do not distract from the enjoyment of other fans, the Reds request that Guests adhere to the following guidelines: Banners/signs cannot be displayed in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. They should not infringe on the sightlines of other Great American Ball Park Guests. Additionally, banners/signs cannot be placed anywhere inside of the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by Ballpark Management. Banners/signs are not permitted in the Diamond Club seating section directly behind home plate. Signs must not utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support that could cause injury. Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties. It is recommended that banners and signs be foldable or collapsible in order to comply with the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Ballpark Management reserves the right to remove any banner/sign that is in violation of the policy and eject the Guest in control of the banner/sign.
Batting practice begins two hours (2) before each home game. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team.
Looking for the perfect way to make your friends' or family members' special day extra special this season? For $50 you can give them a Cincinnati Reds Birthday Package. Your special guest will receive a scoreboard message, Reds birthday card and a birthday package filled with Reds goodies delivered by the Scotts Reds Rally Pack. To inquire about a birthday package for your special occasion, including payment options, contact the Promotional Events Department at (513) 765-7100. Birthday Packages must be ordered three business days in advance.
Full bodysuits are not permitted inside of Great American Ball Park. Any covering over the face and head needs to be removed before entry is permitted. It may not be put back on once inside the ballpark.
Bottles and Cans
No glass bottles, cans, or alcoholic beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park. Guests are welcome to bring in soft drinks and water provided they are in clear plastic bottles and the safety seal has not been broken. Insulated foam cups/containers from restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. are not permitted in Great American Ball Park
In the event of a series sweep, brooms may only be brought in at the discretion of Reds Management.
Attached to the Budweiser Bowtie Bar, this group seating area gives Guests a unique view of the action from right field. This open air location also allows for quick and easy access to Mr. Red's Smokehouse presented by Montgomery Inn and the Kroger Fan Zone. The Budweiser Bullpens are available to groups of 12-64 and can be used by multiple groups. Each ticket comes loaded with enough concession credit for two beers.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use provided game action is not recorded, as required by Major League Baseball. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. The Reds reserve the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy. Guests are not permitted to use drones within the footprint of Great American Ball Park for any purpose under federal law, including for photographic or video recording purposes.
To ensure the safety of all Guests, players and employees, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Bags, backpacks, purses, etc. larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark in accordance with the Major League Baseball size requirement. Free charging stations for mobile phones and tablets are available at the Reds Connect Zone in the ballpark, located on the main concourse behind section 110. A limited amount are also available behind Section 127, inside the Champions Club, and inside the Handlebar.

The Cincinnati Bell Riverboat Deck is located beyond center field and with its panoramic views of the entire ballpark and the Ohio River, provides groups another fantastic hospitality option for Reds games. Multiple groups of 20-150 can eat, drink and socialize from this unique center field perch all season long. The package includes your game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.
Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion
The Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion, located in center field, is a glass-enclosed, climate-controlled area, featuring a non-reflective glass shield that doubles as the batter's eye. This technology center is operated year-round as a premier site for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions to showcase the latest systems for voice, video and data communication and connectivity.
Club Cambria Super Suite
This gorgeous super suite was built in 2014 and has quickly become the most popular hospitality area the Reds have to offer. With all-inclusive upscale food and beverage (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), private bartenders, private restrooms and great views, Club Cambria is the best-of-the-best of our hospitality options. Located on the 2nd level with fantastic views between home plate and first base, the suite's sliding glass doors add the perfect touch to this beautiful space. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 30-40.

The ballpark staff are trained and work to support a positive environment where the enjoyment of the baseball experience is paramount. Therefore, the Great American Ball Park environment will be free from:
Concealed Weapons Law
It is illegal under Ohio Law to possess a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance on the property of Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, "no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance" into the ballpark.
This prohibition includes those that possess valid CCW licenses from Ohio or any other government authority and off-duty/retired law enforcement officers. Those that violate this policy will be denied entry, removed from the ballpark and/or criminally prosecuted.
On-duty law enforcement and certain personal protection personnel (with the prior approval of the Vice President of Ballpark Operations) are permitted to have a weapon on premises. These authorized persons are required to notify the police detail supervisor upon entering the ballpark so their identification and seat location can be verified and logged.
Sportservice operates the food and beverage stands throughout Great American Ball Park. For information on concessions and other services that Sportservice provides, please call (513) 765-7626. Guests can find a wide assortment of food and beverages at Great American Ball Park.
Guests are welcome to bring SOFT-SIDED coolers into Great American Ball Park provided the coolers' dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. HARD-SIDED coolers of any size are PROHIBITED from entering the ballpark. All carry-in items will be subject to being inspected at all entry points and anytime while inside of GABP. Refusal to cooperate with an inspection request will result in the Guest and their carry-in item being refused entry or asked to leave the ballpark. Items left unattended anywhere on the property will be immediately inspected by security and subject to disposal.

The safety of our Guests is paramount, this includes while traveling home.
Therefore, the Reds support designated drivers and proudly provide the "Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program." Guests can sign up at any Fan Accommodation Station where they will receive a free O'Doul's and become registered for the Budweiser Good Sport Polo. After every Thursday and Friday home game there will be a drawing to win the polo shirt. Detailed rules and restrictions for these drawings are posted at Fan Accommodation locations.

The Department of Homeland Security restricts use of small aircraft and drones within 3 miles around and 3,000 feet in altitude above events at stadiums with a capacity of more than 30,000 persons. Restriction commences 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of the event until 1 hour after the end of the event.

The grass at Great American Ball Park is comprised of five varieties of Perennial Ryegrass. The turf is growing in a 12-inch root zone composed of 100 percent sand. The drainage and irrigation systems lie below the root zone. The field is capable of handling up to 3 inches of rain an hour with little or no water pooling on the surface.
The Fioptics District
New in 2016, this space down the left-field line occupies sections 408-410 and includes convenient access to the Cincinnati Bell GigaBar, a walk-in bar serving beer and liquor that is open to all Guests and features some of the newest technological developments Cincinnati Bell has to offer. Seating in The Fioptics District allows exclusive admittance to The District Rooftop above the GigaBar. This rooftop patio provides unique views of the Cincinnati skyline, comfortable furniture for watching the game on a 15-foot videoboard, a private bar, and offers bocce ball, cornhole and other games. District Tickets are $15 and include a $9 concession credit. Also part of The Fioptics District is The Cincinnati Bell Connections Sky Bar, a private group area that provides a spectacular view of the field with the river as a backdrop and features all-inclusive concessions offering food and a fully stocked bar.

Due to the close proximity of the postgame fireworks shows, ballpark officials are required to take several precautionary measures that could affect your ballpark visit.

First Aid Stations are staffed with trained medical personnel affiliated with TriHealth's Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital.

The medical personnel are on duty for all games and events. Should emergency medical services or medical assistance be needed, please refer to the nearest directional signage or ask any member of the Great American Ball Park staff.
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field or interfere with a ball in play. Anyone interfering with play or trespassing onto the playing field will be ejected and subject to prosecution. The game of baseball has certain risks and dangers incidental to the game, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, injury from thrown bats, thrown or batted balls and spectator conduct. Guests are asked to keep alert on what is occurring around them and assume the risks and dangers incidental to the game as a condition of being at the ballpark.
Fox Sports Ohio Champions Club & Club Home Seating
See all the action and enjoy excellent service and amenities at the same time. Situated along the first-base line and behind home plate, Club seats include access to the all-inclusive FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club. The Champions Club offers a wide selection of food items from various culinary stations as well as unlimited water and soft drinks in a climate-controlled setting. Guests can access the Champions Club by taking the elevators or stairs, near sections 126 and 135, to the Club Level. Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite
Located in the gap above the Owners Suite, the Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite features spectacular views of the field from behind home plate, an upscale buffet, open bar, TV monitors, and game audio. The area also has outdoor patio furniture where guests can eat, drink and socialize while watching the game. An exclusive catering staff assists you with any needs and a private restroom is available for your group throughout your event. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35-48.
Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled.

Guests intruding upon the playing field or any restricted areas are subject to arrest, penalty of a 180-day jail term and a $1,000 fine. We also ask that you do not throw objects onto the playing field. This could interfere with play and could result in injury to someone on the field. Any Guests with questions or problems during their visit to Great American Ball Park should see their seating coordinator, or a Reds representative at one of the Fan Accommodation Stations located at the Gap on the Terrace & View Levels.
The Handlebar At The Riverfront Club

This indoor and outdoor ticketed space offers an upscale, luxurious option to watch the game. The outdoor group seating area features three tiers of seating with a capacity of 110 Guests. Different seat options are available, including a number of 30-inch wide, oversized seats featuring power outlets for phone charging and a table for food and beverages. Guests outside will also have a server to attend to their needs, as well as full access to all accommodations inside. Guests can purchase individual tickets to the inside of The Handlebar, which accommodates up to 250. The interior includes all-inclusive food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, lounge seating, a 26-foot long video board and numerous other TVs. The large-panel glass from the old Riverfront Club has been removed and replaced with a retractable glass wall that will allow Guests to fully experience the ballpark atmosphere.
At every Reds game this season, a member of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard) will be recognized as the "Cincinnati Bell Hometown Hero." Inspection Procedures/Metal Detection
Metal detection as a pre-entry screening condition is in effect for all entry points. All fans and staff will be asked to remove large metal objects from their pockets, including cell phones, and walk through a metal detector. Event or Reds Security staff will provide assistance for the screening process if the need arises. All carry-in items will be subject to being inspected at all entry points and anytime while inside of GABP. Refusal to cooperate with an inspection request will result in the Guest and their carry-in item being refused entry or asked to leave the ballpark. Items left unattended anywhere on the property will be immediately inspected by security and subject to disposal.
JACK Cincinnati Casino Champions Club Boxes
The JACK Cincinnati Casino Cincinnati Champions Club Boxes offer a unique hospitality option with seating divided into blocks of four, six and eight seats. This arrangement provides maximum flexibility to accommodate small and large groups. Reserve a small box of seats for you and a couple of friends or to bring a larger group of friends and family members together for a fun and affordable option. All Club Boxes are under cover and anchored by an outdoor bar at the back of sections 306 and 307. Your ticket includes direct access to the conveniently located, all-inclusive FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club. This club includes buffets featuring everything from hot dogs and burgers to panini sandwiches, pizza, stir-fry and pasta, plus unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
Kroger Fan Zone
Located on the Terrace Level along the west side of Great American Ball Park, the Kroger Fan Zone was built on the former site of Riverfront Stadium during the second and final phase of construction at Great American Ball Park. The Kroger Fan Zone features interactive games for kids, a Wiffle® ball field, the Bob Evans Reds Heads Kids Clubhouse, a playground, the Mega Concession Stand, Rose Garden, the Concert Stage, the Ole Smoky Party Barn and two additional entrance locations for Guests. New this year in the Kroger Fan Zone are Carnival Games for kids. Try your luck at ring toss, knock down milk bottles, or try and make a basket. Prices range from $2-$5 per game. On select days, the Wiffle Ball Field may only have Run the Bases opportunities. In the event of rain, interactives may close for your safety and the safety of Reds Game Day Team Members. All Fan Zone activities are open until the last out of the game.
Kroger Sweet Spot
Located down the third-base concourse near section 113, the Kroger Sweet Spot features many popular candy brands. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages also will be available for purchase.
Left-Field Super Suite
Fantastic views of the field from down the third-base line can be seen from the seating outside the Left-Field Super Suite. Inside the suite guests can enjoy a private bar and staff, TVs, and an all-inclusive food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage package. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35-56.
"Live Better" Food Options

Guests can enjoy a selection of healthier food items at the ballpark as identified by TriHealth in "Live Better" sections located within the two UDF Reds Market stores.
Lost and Found
Guest may inquire about lost and found articles by calling 513-765-7095 after 2 p.m. on game days or at the Fan Accommodation Stations from gate opening to conclusion of the game. On non-game days, Monday-Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Guests can call Security at (513) 765-7095. All articles are held for 30 days from the date of the game and then donated to a charitable group. The Cincinnati Reds are not responsible for any items left on premises.
Lost Children/Missing Persons
Guests should report a missing person to any ballpark staff member, law enforcement officer or at the Fan Accommodation Station immediately. Subsequently, efforts will be taken, working closely with the Cincinnati Police, to locate and reunite the missing person.
Luxury Suite Rentals

Located in the left-field corner on the second level, the Machine Room is a dedication to the Big Red Machine, the Reds teams that dominated baseball in the 1970s. This spacious bar and grille has a blue-collar feel, much like the Reds team of the era. Brick and steel finishes, with an exposed ceiling, set the tone. Additional features of the brewpub include a mini electronic scoreboard, a variety of different seating options for you and your group, mock foul poles, outside seats, the zamboni used at Cinergy Field and plenty of Reds memorabilia. Located down the left-field line adjacent to the Bleachers, the Machine Room Patio is great for groups of 60-100. Great American Ball Park is filled with the excitement generated by four official mascots: Rosie Red, Mr. Redlegs, Mr. Red and Gapper! Our mascots are available for events outside of Great American Ball Park. Mercedes-Benz Diamond Club
The ultimate baseball and entertainment experience is located in the Diamond Seats at Great American Ball Park. This all-inclusive ticket includes access to the exclusive Mercedes-Benz Diamond Club, located directly behind home plate under the field level seating. The Diamond Club features beverage service with a full bar, a gourmet buffet, as well as a window that looks directly into the tunnel leading from the Reds Clubhouse to the dugout. Ole Smoky Party Barn
Located in the Fan Zone and overlooking the Ohio River, this semi-private covered area accommodates multiple groups of 20 or more (maximum capacity of 200) with tables and chairs for use during pregame meal and for networking. The package includes a catered buffet and two beers per person.
Pampers Nursing Suite built by Fischer Homes
The Pampers Nursing Suite built by Fischer Homes is a private area open to moms and babies for breastfeeding. This space features comfortable gliders, a sink, ice and refrigeration, a private restroom, changing stations and lockers for storing your nursing items during the game. There are also rocking chairs outside the suite for comfort while waiting for an open nursing seat. To get there, go to the Champions Club elevator featuring Rosie Red and the Pampers Nursing Suite logo and take it to Suite Level. The Reds are excited to make games easy and fun for moms and babies. Only nursing mothers are permitted into the area. Fathers, grandparents, and others accompanying the nursing mother are welcome to wait outside the Nursing Suite in one of the provided rocking chairs.

Parking for the Great American Ball Park is located on both the east and west sides of the ballpark.
Single game passes are available to accessible Guests in the eastern section of CRG for $20 or the East Garage for $10.
Day of game parking is available in the Broadway Ave Lot for $17 or the Western Lots B, D or F for $15. The Great American Ball Park parking lots open 3 hours before game time.

The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.
The Cincinnati Reds, in conjunction with the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County and Metro, are happy to accommodate buses in the Riverfront Transit Center. The Transit Center is a parking tunnel located under Second Street and accessible from either end. It is the responsibility of the group leader to make arrangements for bus parking.
Due to the increased capacity in the Riverfront Transit Center, advance bus parking reservations are no longer necessary. Directions to the Transit Center will be sent to the group leader. Please share these directions with your bus driver.

Party Decks A & B
Groups can enjoy the game from a covered deck down the first-base line in right field, or they can take a seat in the Party Deck's padded ballpark seating for up-close views of the game. The deck area and the adjacent 102 seats accommodate parties of up to 140, or the Party Deck can be divided for two smaller groups of 60-70. The package includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

PPG Paints Patio
Enjoy a fantastic view of the game from this area just above the Reds bullpen in center field. A private bar and patio are located under partial cover with a retractable awning for additional coverage if needed. The patio accommodates parties of 45-75 and the package includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

Fans are entitled to one promotional item when they enter the ballpark, while supplies last. Those with multiple tickets must exit the ballpark and re-enter with a new ticket in order to receive another promotional item for each multiple ticket.
Public Address Paging
It is impractical for the Reds to permit paging, due to the large number of requests that are received for every game. Therefore, unless it is life-threatening emergency that can be confirmed through a trusted source, such as law enforcement or hospital, and approved by the Vice President of Ballpark Operations or Sr. Director of Ballpark Operations in his/her absence, paging will not occur for any purpose.
It is suggested that Guests that do not have a communications device (i.e. cellular telephone) and feel that they will receive a request to leave the ballpark (i.e. for a medical situation) provide their seating location to a family member, business associate, or a Fan Accommodation Station. Then if a message is needed to be relayed, the caller can provide the name of the Guest and their seating location so that a ballpark representative can deliver a message to the Guest.
Media Guide - The Cincinnati Reds Media Guide features complete player biographies and statistics, season recaps, information on the Reds' Major League and Minor League teams, and a comprehensive overview of the history of the organization. You can purchase the guide by visiting the Reds Team Shop by Majestic, the Gameday Pro Shop, and souvenir stands throughout Great American Ball Park.
Redlegs News - Redlegs News is a free, electronic newsletter that can be delivered to your email inbox in HTML or text format. The newsletter is sent pre-homestand during the season and contains insider info on all the latest Reds news, upcoming promotions, giveaways and special dates.
Reds Magazine - The official gameday program of the Cincinnati Reds is published four times throughout the season. The publication contains features on Reds players, opponent previews, and reports on Reds Minor Leaguers and the club's community involvement. The magazine also includes a free pull-out poster of a Reds player and a free scorecard with Reds and opponent rosters. Reds Magazine can be purchased through vendors and various souvenir stands throughout the ballpark, the Reds Team Shop by Majestic, the Gameday Pro Shop, and online at reds.com.
Scorecard - A free scorecard featuring rosters for the Reds and their opponents is included in each issue of Reds Magazine. Supplemental scorecard sheets are available free of charge at Fan Accommodation Stations while supplies last. Rosters will not be listed on the complimentary scorecards.

Portable radios are permitted in Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement and are operable. If a radio is tested and does not work, then it cannot be brought into the ballpark. Guests with radios are permitted to listen to the radio provided the volume does not disturb Guests in the immediate area. Headphones are encouraged for portable radio usage inside Great American Ball Park.
Weather can affect the start and/or continuation of the game. The Reds have the authority to delay the start of a game, until managers meet with the homeplate umpire and exchange lineup cards where the authority transfers to the Umpire Crew Chief. The Umpire Crew Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, whether and when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be postponed because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. If a game has been postponed, Guests will be instructed through the media as to how they will need to use or exchange their tickets for the postponed game.
An open-air patio party area, Redlegs Landing is ideal for mingling before and during the game. Guests can take in the spectacular sightlines of the field, the out-of-town scores, and the state-of-the-art digital video scoreboard from this section of private ballpark seating. Redlegs Landing accommodates 60-120 people and includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

Reds Community Fund
Since its inception in 2001, the Reds Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts.
Programs include the Reds Rookie Success League, a free, character-building program for 6-12 year olds in Cincinnati, Fairfield, Batavia, Louisville and Dayton; Reds Youth Baseball, which underwrites expenses for more than 700 inner-city teams; and Field Renovation, which has helped restore over 365 baseball and softball fields. Including the P&G Cincinnati MLB Urban Youth Academy, Youth Baseball "Match" and Greater Cincinnati RBI programs, more than 45,000 kids and coaches will be connected to the baseball and softball-themed outreach efforts of the Reds Community Fund in 2016.
The Reds Community Fund hosts gameday fundraising activities during all Reds home games. The Reds Community Fund Split the Pot program is operated at each home game throughout the season. Tickets are sold from the time that gates open through the middle of the seventh inning. One lucky fan per game is chosen as the winner. Fans may purchase tickets from volunteers located throughout the ballpark or by visiting the Split the Pot Booth which is located at Retail Row on the main concourse level behind home plate at Great American Ball Park.

Reds Fantasy Camp
Baseball fans 30 years of age and older get the opportunity to play baseball for a full week at the Reds Spring Training facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Participants enjoy a true major league experience-instruction/coaching from former Reds players, their own Reds major league uniform with their name/number on the back, locker in the Reds clubhouse, accommodations at the Reds team hotel, and much more! Reds Fantasy Camp usually takes place in late January or early February just before the start of Spring Training. Reds Hall of Fame and Museum
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is located on the west side of Great American Ball Park on Joe Nuxhall Way and is widely acknowledged as the finest team Hall of Fame and Museum in all of baseball. The Museum boasts the world's largest public collection of Reds memorabilia and artifacts as it explores the history of the Reds from 1869 to the present day. With more than 16,000 square feet of exhibit space on two floors, the Museum is an interactive facility that is a destination location for Reds and baseball fans everywhere. In 2016, the Reds Hall of Fame will induct Pete Rose as its newest member. The 2016 Reds Hall of Fame Induction Weekend takes place June 24-26 and includes a 40th anniversary reunion of the 1976 Reds on Friday, June 24, the pregame induction of Rose on Saturday, June 25, and a pregame ceremony retiring Rose's uniform No. 14 on Sunday, June 26. The weekend is capped off by the Reds Hall of Fame Induction Gala at the Duke Energy Convention Center on Sunday night. Also in 2016, the Museum features "Bobbleheads: The Exhibit," a fun and engaging look at the bobblehead collecting phenomenon. The exhibit includes examples of all of the Reds stadium giveaway bobbleheads as well as a large collection of bobbleheads representing figures from other Major League teams, athletes from other sports, political figures, entertainers and more. Fans purchasing regularly priced Museum tickets on weekends (Friday-Sunday) from April-August receive one of five limited edition bobbleheads that celebrate five members of the Reds Hall of Fame (while supplies last), with a new bobblehead debuting each month. Reds Hall Of Fame And Museum Batting Cages presented by Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine
Step up and take a swing in the Hall of Fame batting cages and show off your batting skills to your friends and family. For a small donation to the Hall of Fame, you can choose from one of the two cages that throw at different speeds. It's fun for all skill levels. Cages open with ballpark gates each home game and remain open until the end of the eighth inning.
The Reds Rover is great for local festivals, charity fundraisers, parades and many other community events. Limited re-entry is permitted at Great American Ball Park.
Guests can use the re-entry system by reporting to one of the designed gates, between the Crosley Terrace & Fan Zone and the at GAP, to have their ticket marked. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry in items, except from the Team Shop or Reds Hall of Fame, permitted through the re-entry gate. If a Guest uses any other gate, other than the 2 designed for re-entry to exit they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service.
Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Great American Ball Park. All restrooms at Great American Ball Park have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to Guests with disabilities. With Retail Row, Guests can now get what they need from a number of popular ballpark spots in one convenient location. Stretching from the front gates behind home plate down to Gapper's Alley along the third-base line, Retail Row features Fan Club Corner, the Game-Used Authentics Store, Season Ticket Holder Central, the Split the Pot Booth, and the Majestic Home Plate Shop.
On the façade located under the Press Box in Great American Ball Park are all the retired Reds numbers. The nine Reds who have had their numbers retired are #1 Fred Hutchinson, #5 Johnny Bench, #8 Joe Morgan, #10 Sparky Anderson, #11 Barry Larkin, #13 David Concepcion, #18 Ted Kluszewski, #20 Frank Robinson and #24 Tony Perez. All Major League Baseball teams have retired #42 to honor Jackie Robinson's contributions to the game of baseball. During the 2016 season, the Reds will also retire #14 Pete Rose, during Hall of Fame Induction Weekend, June 24 - 26.
Also on the façade are the retired microphones of Waite Hoyt, Joe Nuxhall and Marty Brennaman. Retired in 2007, these microphones symbolize three of the great radio broadcasters that have called Reds games throughout the years.

The central focus of ballpark management is to provide a safe environment. Cincinnati is in an area of the county where severe weather can arise quickly and become a safety concern for Guests throughout the season. Therefore, weather is continuously monitored through a number of local and regional sources. Additionally, Great American Ball Park is a recognized StromReady Facility through the National Weather Service.
This designation means the Reds have trained and prepared sheltering-in-place and evacuation plans which have been approved by the National Weather Service, Hamilton County, and Ohio Emergency Management Officials. In the event of severe weather, ballpark staff, the public address announcer, and the scoreboard will advise Guests as to what they can do to get out of harms-way. If that occurs, all Guests are asked to quickly adhere, in an orderly manner, to the instructions provided.
Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility under Ohio Law. Therefore, it is the obligation of ballpark staff to insure that smoking, which includes the use of tobacco and vapor devices, does not occur inside Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. There is a designated smoking area, outside of GATE B - Gapper's Alley behind Section 119, that is available for those that wish to smoke. Guests inside of the ballpark can use the re-entry gate at the Gapper's Alley gates to gain access to the smoking area. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry-in items permitted through the re-entry gate. If a guest uses any other gate, other than the 2 designed for Re-Entry, to exit they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service.
The smoking area may permanently or temporarily be closed and/or individuals refused at the sole discretion of ballpark management.

Suite #13 (a dedication to Dave Concepcion) can accommodate up to 35 people (30-person minimum). Suites #8 (Joe Morgan) and #24 (Tony Perez) can accommodate up to 32 people (24-person minimum). Larger groups may combine two or all three of the Staples Triple Play Suites. Included with the game ticket is a catered buffet and two beers per person.
Great American Ball Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they must be stored. Please meet a Fan Accommodations representative for assistance with our stroller corrals. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search prior to entry by Reds security staff.

Ticket orders received within seven days of game date will not be mailed. Tickets will be left in the name in which they were ordered and may be picked up one and a half hours before game time at the "Paid Will Call" window. A photo ID is required to pick up your tickets at Will Call. (Best available seats will be substituted if seat type ordered is not available.)

Child Admittance - Great American Ball Park offers complimentary admission to children 3 years of age and under. However, we do request that these children sit on their parents' or guardians' laps and not occupy additional seats. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Tickets for children 4 years and older are priced the same as adult tickets.
Ticket Gift Certificates -Reds ticket gift certificates are available in $10, $15, and $25 increments. Ticket gift certificates may be purchased by calling the Reds at (513) 765-7400, at the Main Ticket Office at Great American Ball Park, and online at reds.com.
Lost or Stolen Tickets - Please report any lost or stolen tickets immediately to the Reds Ticket Office at (513) 765-7400.
Payment Options - Accepted payment methods include cash, checks (accepted at least three weeks prior to ticketed event and in person with valid driver's license), VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Rain Check Policies -In the event a regulation home game is not played, your rain check may be exchanged, subject to availability, at the main ticket office for a ticket of the same or lower price for any subsequent regular game during the current season. Dates for exchange are at the discretion of the Reds. Check reds.com/rainouts for valid rain check dates. Note that all paid Season Suite, Season Diamond and Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion Seat Holders should follow the rain check instructions located on the back of their ticket. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check.

All Reds tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (reds.com) internet and phone may be picked up anytime at the Great American Ball Park Ticketing Kiosks. Ticketing Kiosks are located outside of the Hall of Fame (west side of the ballpark) The original credit card must be used to obtain your tickets.
Reds tickets purchased through other channels and drop-offs may be picked-up at the "paid" will call windows located at the Main Ticket Office at Crosley Terrace. These will call windows open one and a half hours prior to scheduled game time. Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.
Tours of Great American Ball Park and Reds Hall of Fame and Museum Batting Practice Viewing
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum invites you to take the "Scotts" Great American Ball Park Tour that offers visitors exclusive access to many "behind the scenes" areas. Highlights include stops in the press box, the Diamond Club, the Reds dugout, and the opportunity to walk on the track behind home plate (please note that some locations may not be open for every tour). During the course of the tour, a Reds Hall of Fame Museum Ambassador provides a host of interesting facts about the ballpark and the history of the Reds. Tours are available daily beginning in mid-April throughout the season, and on Saturdays in the offseason (not available on home DAY games). Tour times vary depending on if the Reds are home or away. Tour tickets are $20 for adults and $17 for seniors, students, active military members/veterans, and for children ages 5 and up. Also in 2016, fans have the opportunity to watch the Reds take batting practice from the right-field Moon Deck stands prior to Reds home night games through the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum Batting Practice Experience. The Batting Practice Experience departs from the lobby of the Museum promptly at 4:30 on the evenings of Reds home night games. You must have a ticket to that evening's game to purchase Batting Practice Experience tickets. Batting Practice Experience tickets are $20 for adults and $17 for seniors, students, active military members/veterans and for children ages 5 and up.
Admission to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is included with every ballpark tour and batting practice viewing ticket. Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more with an advance reservation.

Umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark. For the safety and consideration of your fellow Guests, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas. Please do not obstruct the view of your fellow Guests. Those obstructing the view of a fellow Guest will be asked to lower their umbrella.

Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Cincinnati Reds Event Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at Sections 119 and 420 near Gapper's Alley or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409. Our Game Day Team member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use.
Wi-Fi is available to the public at no charge. The GABP Wi-Fi network is named "redswifi" and does not need a password.

World Championship Banners
As another way of honoring the team's rich history, banners depicting the Reds' five World Series championship years (1919, 1940, 1975, 1976 and 1990) were installed prior to the 2005 season. These are located on the facade in left field underneath the Machine Room.
